Doctor Berger has demonstrated excellence throughout her medical career.  She graduated magna cumme laude as a member of phi beta kappa from Colgate University with a degrees in molecular biology and economics. In 2004 she was accepted into the Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine as an Olin Fellow scholarship winner.  Doctor Berger graduated at the top of her medical school class in 200 as a member of the medical honor society, alpha omega alpha. She went on to complete her residency in anesthesiology, earning the Katie Wood Memorial Award in her second year of training and the Outstanding Resident of the Year award as a fourth year resident for her excellent performance.  Upon finishing her training in 2013, Doctor Berger went on to work for Colorado Permanente Medical Group, earning recognition from her peers and being named a 5280 Top Doc several times as a result of her dedication and clinical excellence.

While working full-time as a pediatric anesthesiologist, Doctor Berger also earned one of the most important credentials of her life, "mom", after giving birth to her three children.  Her crazy schedule of full time physician and full time mom wreaked havoc on any sort of self care routine.  Doctor Berger began to look for effective ways to support her skin and body, and found that most places were too caught up in fighting aging and augmenting appearances for her own taste. In Doctor Berger's mind, adding years was something to be celebrate, not dread, although she would rather reflect in her face the happiness of all those years and not the burn-out.  She started keep-MD as a place where individuals are educated and supported in aging gracefully.  Our bodies weren't necessarily "designed" to live well into our 90s, but with good health and self care routines we can, and we can do so with beauty and grace.  Doctor Berger's vision in the aesthetic and wellness industry is not to alter a client's natural beauty, but to keep it glowing and healthy moving forward.  This desire to keep and maintain rather than change is coupled with a strong commitment to self care at keep-md: you have one body, keep it strong, well, and glowing.

In her own quest to create a source of self-care and wellness, Doctor Berger has pursued extensive training  in medical aesthetics.   She completed aesthetic training and certification with the International Association of Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine (IAPAM) , Medaesthetics, and the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine.  Her anesthesiology background enables her to perform aesthetic techniques safely, comfortably and often painlessly!
